Flexible seating is important to me and a standing desk would help give students a choice in how they learn. With this standing desk, students would be able to use it to stand, sit and learn or even use it with a stool! It would also allow for opportunities to move, which many of them seek out. The needs within my classroom are diverse, so why not have their seating reflect that as well as allowing them to use their voice and advocate for their individual needs, whether that be sitting or standing.
