These books reflect a variety of interests my students have this year, as well as some of the things that we learn about during the school year (i.e. space). One of my goals is to inspire students to ready more for pleasure instead of always reading because they have to. By introducing them to books like Harry Potter that reflect their interests and what they spend a lot of their time doing outside of school, I hope to bring more students to the realization that reading is actually really cool and everyone can enjoy it.

About my class
