In our Social Studies class, we focus on univerally desgined learning to ensure that all students have the same equtiable access to excellent education. This could mean that students are watching videos to expand their knowledge on a subject or that they are using different medias to present the information they have learned in a more creative way. In my class, I have different leveled learners, including special eductaion students, who need additional support such as text to speech. This is where the headphones are vitally important for those students to get their accomodations to their access to an excellent education. Students also have the ability to use the headphones to focus on their task and minimize distractions in the classroom. With your help, my students can be focused and get the excellent education they deserve.
