The jump ropes that I have selected will help beginner jumpers and advanced jumpers of all ages improve speed, coordination and balance skills. These new ropes will provide an opportunity for our jumpers to master the art of the jump rope, learn new tricks, practice old tricks, and improve their cardiovascular strength all at once. Our jump rope unit combines individual learning, partner, and team work to build a community of leaders willing to strive toward a common goal within our physical education classroom.
