As a Tier 3 provider for Response to Intervention (RtI) students, these materials will allow me to differentiate individual, one on one lessons to help the students achieve their academic goals. Math is often a struggle for many, and the flash cards are used daily, and used in conjunction with the Math write and wipe boards, allows them to visualize the equation in different ways. We always try to incorporate fun into our sessions and the giant dice and magnetic numbers and equations will help us do that! For the younger students counting and number recognition are often a struggle, the magnetic numbers will be used with theses students as well. Often times I must create materials that meet the individual students' needs and the laminator will help keep these materials in good shape through many uses. There are approximately 50 students in the Response to Intervention program and these items will allow more exciting learning opportunities for these students. The interventions will help to provide strong foundational skills that will help them succeed in their general education classrooms.
