Creativity drives learning! Many of these supplies will allow our students to convey understanding of concepts in a variety of ways. They will learn to process information while expanding their ability to engineer and create. Constructive activities such as creating dioramas, building models, or designing other artistic visual pieces will help students navigate learning. Students will also be able to engage in activities that allow for experimentation, success, failure, and repeated attempts to find solutions. This will additionally help them to develop better skills when responding to setbacks. By allowing for different modes of concept mastery, we ensure that the likelihood of connecting to and learning new material is much greater.
