Purposeful play helps optimize and balance different types of play to deepen classroom learning. Teaching through play fosters social-emotional skills and growth mindset, as well as impacts learning across the day. Many of our students do not have the opportunity to develop these skills outside the classroom. By bringing play-based instruction students will be fostering their independence while collaborating with peers. Students today need more than academics to be successful adults. Our students have spent half of their lives in a pandemic and need additional support to thrive. With these additional resources students will be able to thrive in their learning environment
