These materials will make a huge difference to my students' learning. Through physical copies of their novels and reading materials they will be able to engage in thoughtful conversations, annotate within their own books, and create projects based on what they are learning. Physical books in their hands enhances the power they have of their own learning and reading capabilities. Through their own books they will be able to take their notes and create their own projects to show what they have gained from their reading. The power of holding your own novel that is just yours goes a long way for students. It teaches them the power books can hold, as well as learning how to properly engage in thoughtful conversations with peers.
