My children need more hands on art and sensory materials to keep learning fun and get them up and moving. Kindergartners shouldn't have to sit at desks all day! Having an art area in the classroom will be exciting for the children and allow for new fun projects that support our learning. While we are learning about our letters we can bead the letter, tissue paper the letter, draw it in the sand, paint it, and/or make it out of macaroni. These art activities are exciting and meaningful to young learners. I cannot provide these activities without supplies.
