Currently, the students have to share scissors and colored pencils when completing in-class activities. Additional sets will help facilitate the process of completing the daily activities. Classroom materials are in short supply and the students have to provide their own. Many of our students struggle to maintain these items on a daily basis. When we add color to our daily work the learning and retention increase. It also allows for the individual students to have greater individuality and creative outlets. I will add to the overall experience in the classroom and study of US History.
