My students will be able to complete dissections in our classroom as a way to explore living things in the environment. They will gain valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to explore the anatomy of living things. As a new program, I try to incorporate as much interactive activities as I can, but we do not have the materials yet to do higher level projects. Many students will pursue careers in Marine Biology or Biology, and early development of these dissection skills will be extremely beneficial for them!
