Since Covid, there has been a substantial decline in not only financial responsibility but mental health. Working in the physical education field, I am looking for ways to help my students not only be physically active but focus more on their mental health. My goal is to add yoga and meditation at least once a week for our students here. Science shows that yoga and meditation can help improve your mental health by 30%. Every student should have a quiet place and environment to clear their mind and relax and many do not find that space in their homes. The yoga mats will be used and disinfected after each use of every class.
