The whiteboards and erasers will help my students practice their Math skills, especially when we get to our next unit on Fractions and Graphing. Students are very engaged when we do these kinds of activities in addition to our usual whole group lessons. Whiteboard practice is a fantastic formative assessment. We go through many sharpened pencils throughout the year since we are writing and doing Math every single day. Putting pencil to paper is a lifelong skill and is practiced often in 5th grade. We would be very grateful and appreciative to have these supplies to help us be successful this year.

About my class
