My students use technology throughout the year for various projects. So far this year my 4th grade students won the Fall 21 GAE STEM Challenge and I had 5 students (out of 7 participants) win the county Tech Competition. Their projects ranged from robotics to video editing and production. The number one complaint/feedback from the judges in each of these events was that there was so much movement with the camera. Having at least 3 tripods for our classroom will help tremendously with keeping the devices still and steady while the students are recording. This will give them more freedom to create and expand on their projects. It will especially help with the stop animation movies they make while learning about ecosystems.
