Scholars will benefit from experiencing the Alamo in a real world setting. This field trip will give them the inside look on different areas of the mission including rooms and details which are not pictures in our text books. By having a guided tour the scholars will receive additional information from an expert. The students will be able to make connections between a what we’ve learned in class with this experience. As we were learning about the Alamo a lot of my scholars mentioned they had never experienced visiting the Alamo which came at a shock since we live in SA. Together as a class we will “REMEMBER THE ALAMO!”
