Students will have the opportunity to participate and engage in hands-on experiments and activities pertaining to the material covered during class. Students consistently were always interested in doing experiments and end-of-chapter short assignments. However, my students lacked the necessary lab material needed to fully understand the lesson on cells, DNA, and RNA without participating in hands-on labs and experiments. I believe strongly this will enhance their creativity and ability to use the scientific method to help explain certain projects and labs that they successfully complete.
