The easel will make a difference in student learning by supporting visualization during whole group and small group instruction, and also interacting with letters, words and other literacy skills. At this age, student engagement is key, and with this easel it allows our activities to be interactive so that students retain learning and apply it to future skills. Since the easel is dry erase, students can use one side for writing centers, while others use the backside to build words with magnetic letters. The easels storage allows students to take ownership in organization.

About my class
