The students will be able to physically manipulate lights and batteries to discover how to set up a circuit to best suit their needs. LED lights and batteries will be used to create a greeting card. Finding out if the series circuit will work or a parallel circuit will work for their greeting card. Students will also calculate the amount of current used and how long will the battery last, depending on type of circuit. Students will have the ability to explain why they used the circuit that they used.
