These items will help my students find balance and flexibility to help strengthen their dance technique. My students train on their dance technique at least 3x a week. The Yoga blocks will help them improve on their balance by standing on one of the blocks holding the working leg out. They will also be useful for flexibility purposes (hyper-extensions). The resistance bands with be used to build strength as well as improve flexibility. Equipment such as these are extremely beneficial for all level dancers because they help different types of learners better visualize and understand the body parts that should be engaged when holding isometrically or extended when lengthening.
