Dungeons and Dragons is a table-top role playing game where players create a character and Dungeon Masters are the storytellers who set the scenes for players and give them obstacles to overcome. This game helps students develop inter-personal communication skills, improve problem solving and critical thinking skills, expand upon their social groups, and use their imaginations. Each of the starter kits include a DM Screen and the basic books to run a D&D game, as well as a set of dice for each student. These are the minimal items that we need to get started playing. These students are often left out of other activities because they struggle socially or don't necessarily feel they fit in with other groups. D&D Club welcomes everyone, regardless of race, gender, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, or ability. Please help me provide the items to make this all possible.
