My students have never been in school and don't have any experience with coding or hands on STEM projects. We cannot do much coding since we do not have sufficient materials to teach the children this skill. The hands on in person experience would be better than seeing it on the computer screen because it is more gratifying. They are able to see what their work has done and how even as a kindergartener you can learn to code. Thus opening a door of an experience they may never otherwise have.
