My students sometimes have a hard time with following directions, keeping their hands to themselves, controlling their anger, etc. I plan on starting an incentive program with my whole school that I hope will help decrease, and eventually illuminate those behaviors. I believe that, when students have incentives as motivation - something they can take home and enjoy, they are more likely to have positive behavior at school. With this incentive program, the days will go more smoothly, and students and staff will be less stressed. These incentives will also help our special needs students immensely.
