The novel set for Charlotte's Web will help my high achieving students in small group reading be able to read a higher level book and differ from our curriculum when we are focused on achieving higher level thinking. When I pull small groups, I work with the students based on their levels. Some of my students are above grade level and are thirsty for a healthy challenge. Books like these novel sets will assist us in making them continue to grow and learn, while working on reading comprehension above level.
