A large majority of students are anxious and have attention deficit disorder. These chairs will improve concentration and calm fidgety bodies. The special chairs will also provide motivation for the students to come to class as they get excited. I have a teacher chair like this and the kids take turns using it. This project will allow all students equal, everyday access to the multi sensory chairs. Studies have shown that students who are behind grade level benefit from multi sensory activities and approaches. With your help, I will be able to provide the students with a conducive educational environment that promotes learning.
