These materials will be used during intervention and enrichment to help my students become independent readers. During Covid, most of my students only attended kindergarten virtually, so there are not only academic gaps, but social-emotional gaps as well. I want to work with them in small groups to help them gain their confidence in reading and math, develop a love of reading quality literature, and develop a passion for math, while creating a culture of respect, order, and love. Our class is a family and these resources will promote literacy that inspires our students beyond the classroom.

About my class
