A grade-level set of durable headphones and small group Chromebooks would allow our students access to numerous educational tools for a diverse range of academic needs and abilities. Our English language learners would have the ability to listen to language programs and engage in related lessons. For all students, they gain the opportunity to interact with educational websites and complete interactive simulations. The student's education can be tailored to their needs by using Khan Academy, Flocabulary, Nearpod, and Google Digital Activities, to name a few. Headphones would allow them to engage further with their personal learning on the computers without the distractions of others. In addition, our school does state testing online and headphones are needed each year for this.
