I was hired after the school year started to teach my second grade students. I have been with them for two months and I am catching them up in important content areas, such as reading and math. I have been working in my classroom after school, on weekends, and even some holidays in order to create a better learning environment for my eager students. These supplies will help give me the ability to enhance my classroom atmosphere and create a friendly, educational enriched environment that is welcoming of all students and their various learning styles. In addition, students learn best in a classroom that is organized well and several of these supplies will enable me to create that for them.

About my class
