Games allow students to practice taking turns, socializing with peers, practicing patience, and topic maintenance. I want students to master listening to and producing language in a fun, stress-free environment. Speech/Language Therapy improves the overall quality of life and lays the foundation for reading and writing skills in children as they enter and progress through school. The use of games and manipulatives will allow individuals to develop oral and written communication skills and support critical thinking skills in a fun, supportive environment.
