Many of my students have limited verbal expression abilities. Their personal AAC devices are their voice so this iPad would help me to model language skills on another device. They will benefit from having direct models of language using their primary communication style. An iPad will help me to model ways for students to use their AAC devices more independently to increase their language skills. I can model how to use single words and how to combine words together to label, comment, request, ask questions, etc. This iPad will benefit many students for many years to come.
