These materials will be used to give each of my students a personalized Christmas gift. It may be the only gift that many of them get this season. They have been working hard and deserve to be rewarded. My students are having a hard year both academically and emotionally and I want to help them by giving them joy. It is my hope that they will be able to relax and then be able to focus more on their learning. There is a lot of pressure for them to catch up and cover what they missed last year and it is causing them a lot of stress and anxiety. The more they can relax and have fun, the better they will learn.
