My students are in grades 1st-4th grade. They all read far below their grade level. I need additional resources to help them improve their reading. These resources will be used in the classroom. My students learn best with creative approaches. My school is Title I school with limited resources and supplies. My lessons consist of teaching my students the foundational skills for reading such as letter identification, blending sounds to make words, and reading sight words. They also need more practice with reading books. However, I do not have any decodable text for them to read. I would appreciate any help you could provide. My students may come from low socioeconomic backgrounds, but they deserve the best education.
