The addition of a treadmill to our program would be life changing for many of my students. My middle school students currently have zero fitness room equipment, and my goal is to create a circuit for my students to gain experience with fitness machines such as a treadmill. My lessons emphasize the importance of life-long healthy habits by providing activities that bring students joy while also getting fit. By teaching students about fitness machines, they will have the confidence to continue these activities in adulthood. I want to provide options for my students to work up a sweat.
