We have a great facility and some new equipment, but not enough for the 600+ students, usually 40-48 students per class, to use and not have to wait and share equipment. We would love to be able to expand our curriculum and keep students engaged and not have to wait to play as much as they do now. Our goal is to keep all children moving and as active as possible throughout each class period. As for the equipment we are asking you to donate towards purchasing, the standards will allow us to expand games so that more children can play at one time. As of right now we only have two nets, the standards will allow us to add another for games like volleyball, pickleball or tennis. The speed stacking cups are a fun activity that all children, regardless of athletic ability, can enjoy learning and playing. We are asking for enough so that each child in class can have their own set during each class period. We currently have some foam balls, but not enough for each child to have one to use on their own. The buckets will help us store and transport those foam balls as well as other equipment. They can also be used as targets in some games and for a plethora of other games. We are also in need of additional lollipop racquets as we currently do not have enough for the 40+ students we teach most class periods. We could use additional wall targets so we don't have long lines for students to throw or toss at the one we have right now. Please help us to obtain our goal with this new equipment and improve the physical education experience for all of our students. Thank you!
