This project is to fund high-quality, fully warranted over-the-ear headphones for personalized learning. Whether it be embedded lesson videos, individualized learning paths or read-aloud prompts for those who need it, the headphones will keep all students engaged in school when necessary. When students are thus engaged in a 1 to 1 fashion when audio is needed, it can only positively impact the learner experience for more effective comprehension. In addition, as some students are required to stay home when quarantined for COVID, the headphones may be necessary in order to block out potentially harmful distractions for greater focus. These headphones will also be used to assist the ELA teacher in her subject to multi-level readers.
