These headphones will be used for learning through literacy and math apps that supplement instruction and provide some intervention for students who are struggling. We use a literacy learning app during our literacy centers time. Students use iPads to support their learning of literacy skills by listening to stories and responding to verbal prompts. Headphones make it easier for students to hear the directions on the website and make their personal learning less distracting to others. The math app we use also requires a lot of listening to ensure student success.
