Many of my students live with Autism and ADHD, alternative and sensory seating options will help them be more comfortable and focused in the classroom. Options like standing (music stands) or movement (mini-stationary bikes) will allow students to meet their needs for movement and sensation while still participating in class. As an adult with ADHD, I understand personally how much these tools can benefit my students. I hope to provide a more comfortable learning environment for my students so that we can focus on building the skills and confidence they need.

About my class
