My students come from many different backgrounds. They are amazing little people who are very excited to learn! Due to covid, a lot of our teaching requires that they use technology on a daily basis. The school system has provided them with iPads and headphones, however, many of the headphones provided by the school are broken or are not good quality. The students have to use headphones on a daily basis and if it breaks, they are supposed to get their own which can be a financial burden to the families. Our school is a Title I school, which means at least 50% of our population is under the poverty line so any extra expenses for these families can be extremely hard.
