P is for Preschool and Play! Play teaches kids to take turns, share, communicate with each other, and resolve conflicts with some assistance. Help my class gather new activities to rotate within our centers. Play is an essential part of Preschool! We currently do not have a road rug. These kids would benefit from sharing a space designed to play together. I have also requested a storage container for the pieces that go with the rug. The foam blocks will provide open-ended creativity. There is no right or wrong way to build with blocks! My students are making significant progress including others within their play, and I would like to provide them with different activities to encourage more cooperative play.
