Due to the school not having enough funding for desktop computers, we are using Chromebook laptops in technology class. There are assignments coming up that will be difficult without using a mouse. My kinder students have only been using a mouse trackpad and do not know how to use a regular mouse. The same goes for some 1st and 2nd graders who were only issued a Chromebook laptop during last year's online learning. Having a mouse sooner than later will help have students ready to efficiently work on their assignments that including drawing and writing on MS Paint or other documents.
