The resources on this project will be used for in-class and home activities such as making class books, creating math and literacy games, and preserving student work and artwork. Students in Pre-K need color and durability in their everyday materials, so having a color printer to create reusable activities is a necessity. We use sheet protectors to create easily erasable student activities, such as name tracing and writing and other fine motor activities using dry-erase markers. Tape is often used during arts and crafts, as well as when displaying student work in the hallway. Our district provides each student with a rental Chromebook for the schoolyear, but our classroom doesn't have many safe places to charge these Chromebooks out of students' reach, so power strips help us to charge these computers in one spot without having wires accessible to students.
