By having a rug that defines their personal space, my class is learning to keep their social distance need it to stay safe. At the same time, they are learning how to be mindful. At the Pk level, they learn from making choices, sitting together, being mindful, and respecting their classmates by sitting in their corresponding colors. The rug will help them sit correctly, and the sand and sand table are areas that this class is derived from because their sand got wet, and we have been unable to replace it. The materials in the wish list are solely for school hours use. No materials are going to be sent home.

About my class
