This project will benefit our entire school. When students demonstrate our core values (positivity, respect, integrity, diligence and empathy) they are rewarded with points. They can redeem these points for the requested prizes. This project will be funding student rewards for positive behavior. Students exhibiting these values in the classroom, with teachers, friends and during academic learning can gain tangible rewards. This positive feedback helps motivates students to work hard, do their best, show others respect and take pride in their school. Since using PBIS, our school has shown an increase in our core values.
