I was very lucky to be able to add a new class this year called Culinary Essentials at our high school. I have quickly realized that I do not have enough fridge space to make some of the recipes I had intended. I want to get a larger fridge so my students can create recipes that take more than one day, make yeast bread, and so much more! I really want my students to leave my classroom with important life skills and be able to prepare recipes that they are proud of! Having more fridge space will give my classroom more flexibility to create great food.

About my class
