These fidget kick bands will help the students with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, or other disability to be more focused on their desk work. It will be a quiet way for them to let out excess energy without disrupting the rest of the class or teacher. Our district does not provide these fidgets for students with disabilities and the teachers already have enough expenses that come out of pocket as it is. Parents also have many expenses with the classroom fees and school supplies/ uniforms. We also have several students who do not bring water bottles to school and they do not get anything to drink unless it is breakfast or lunch time. Water is not an option for a drink during those times and water fountians are still off limits unless filling water bottles due to COVID. I am concerned for the students whose parents cannot purchase waterbottles. I would like to have some at the school for those students in need.
