After a year and a half of distance learning, students are facing new challenges in learning. We have added technology to learning and books are no longer used due to sharing of supplies. Students returning to school are in need of more support than ever. I teach Health Education. In an effort to meet the unique needs of each of my students, I am requesting a color printer to hand out additional resources to students as needed, a laminator for more permanent information for students and for wall reference, and an iPad, so I can run the Kahoot and other interactive technology instruction they have become accustomed to during Covid online instruction in the classroom while roaming and interacting with the students. These resources will assist with Nevada Standard: To investigate the various health resources and agencies available in the community. [NS: 3.12] and To apply proper nutrition and physical activity practices to everyday life. [NS: 6.12, 7.12]
