Flexible seating allows children to remain alert and focused by having them move around in their seats. It gives students a sense of independence choosing which seat would be best for them and their learning experience. During work times, students are able to choose a place in the classroom that suits them best. I want to provide my students with a variation of seating options to keep them alert and focused on work. The products I have chosen are products to allow children to choose a different way to sit and work. Some floor options to make them more comfortable while working on the floor. As well as different types of seats to have at their desks to work with. I am going to be a first year teacher starting in January. I have read and seen the benefits of flexible seating hoping to integrate this into my classroom.
