Our students need many resources on a daily basis that are not easily provided by the regular curriculum. These high-quality art supplies, literacy resources, and classroom calming items will be extremely valuable in helping our students learn in their own unique way. Our students need lots of hands-on activities to help keep their active minds and active bodies engaged in learning. I am most excited about the hook and loop storyboard and stories that will help our students interact with the stories. Because our children have severe autism, it is often difficult for them to actively participate in literacy lessons. These resources will definitely make a difference for these amazing students.
