These supplies will allow my students to learn the basics of electrical circuits, programming in C++ and robotics. These kits can also be expanded on using equipment I already have, allowing kids to create specific robots for specific tasks. These kits will be used in my engineering class to give students practical and hands on experience, which will hopefully help foster a desire in them to pursue engineering post high school. Given the shortage of engineers in the job market, we need more kids to enter these fields. Plus, robots are cool.
