The medicine balls, resistance bands, and suspension trainers that I am requesting will allow my students to learn how to be physically active for a lifetime through different forms of exercise and workouts. COVID really took its toll on a lot of students because it made students stay in their homes and be inactive. This has led to a rise in obesity because students were moving much less. With these materials, students will get the chance to participate in modes of exercise and hopefully allow them to find something they like and will continue to do for years to come.

About my class
