The last couple of years have presented many challenges for everyone, especially students with their learning. Many of my students have gaps in their learning or need extension. I want my students to feel successful and continue to show growth as they continue learning this year. My goal is help students fill in the gaps or extend their learning by teaching in small groups. I also will challenge or extend students who are above grade level. I have seen small group teaching or RTI (Response to Intervention) provide a great sense of accomplishment and learning for my students. Many of my students have set personal goals on where they would like to be in their learning by the end of the year. Many of my requested items will help me to effectively teach or reteach students in small groups, as to allow me to help them succeed and meet their goals.
